Delta Lambda Foundation Presents: A Day at the Vineyard
The Delta Lambda Foundation will host 'A Day at the Vineyard' wine tasting and vineyard tour at the Boordy Vineyard on Saturday, May 6, 2023, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Please join us for an afternoon in the country. Come and enjoy the crisp spring air, gorgeous vineyard vistas, picturesque rolling hills, and rustic stone architecture, along with live entertainment selected by the venue. Proceeds from the event will support the Foundation's mission of enhancing the quality of life for Baltimore area communities through community service and outreach.
Nestled in a favorable Maryland microclimate of the Piedmont Plateau north of the Chesapeake Bay, Boordy Vineyard farms award-winning grapevines and crafts some of the finest Maryland wines. The company of friends, family, and a glass of wine are vital ingredients to the good life!

2022-2023 Beautillion Scholars Program
For over 100 years, Alpha Phi Alpha has as one of its tenets, the support of youth through active community service. The Delta Lambda Chapter of Baltimore City accomplishes this by providing individual mentoring and leadership training for participants through programs that emphasize scholarship, manly deeds, and love for all mankind. Our chapter interprets this to mean instilling standards of culture, scholarship, and academic excellence in the lives of Baltimore’s young men. Through programs such as the beautillion, members of this chapter hope to have a positive impact on the lives of youths and to guide them toward more purposeful futures.
